Andrzej Ugolik – legal counsel (radca prawny) completed his legal studies and received his law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in 1996. He completed his bar training and was admitted to the bar in 2005 becoming a qualified lawyer (radca prawny) and a member of Poznan Association of Legal Advisors.
Prior to founding the Firm, Andrzej worked a private legal counsel’s practice in Poznan from 1996 to 2003 and thereafter, from 2003 to 2006 for one of the biggest law firms in Poznan where he headed the corporate client department. Andrzej’s responsibilities involved providing general legal services to large and medium-sized clients of the firm including negotiating their key commercial contracts and supervising junior lawyers working in his department.

Andrzej specialises in corporate law, civil law and administrative law, in particular as regards construction law and investments. Andrzej also has broad experience advising individual clients on variety of matters involving employment law, family law and wills and probates.



Ewa Rychlicka – legal counsel (radca prawny) graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and received her law degree in 2000. In 2005, Ewa completed her bar training and exam and was admitted to the bar in Poznan - Poznan Association of Legal Advisors. Prior to founding the firm, Ewa had worked as an in-house counsel for a large international corporate group where her responsibilities included negotiation of key commercial contracts for the Polish subsidiaries of the group as well as providing legal support to all departments within the business and cooperation with foreign in-house counsel across the group in regard to cross-border issues. Ewa has later worked in a private practice for one of the legal counsel practices in Poznan before founding her own legal practice.

Ewa specialises in corporate law and civil law. She has broad experience in transportation law and postal law and acting for public entities in public law matters.
