The Firm's practice covers the entire area of commercial, civil and corporate law of particular relevance for corporates and individual entrepreneurs. We provide general and specialised legal services and advice to both, individual and corporate clients organised as either limited or public companies. We represent Clients in court proceedings before civil, commercial and administrative courts of all instances.

Main areas of practice:

Civil law:
  • drafting and negotiating commercial and business contracts including commercial and private lease contracts, construction contracts, shipping and transportation contract,
  • vindication/recovery of debts,
  • compensation claims, insurance claims,
  • providing legal opinions in relation to variety of civil law issues,
  • representing clients before Polish Courts of all instances in civil and commercial matters.
Corporate law:
  • incorporating all forms of companies (including limited companies, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships), producing constitutional documents, drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, registration of companies in the national companies registry, representation of companies, partners and directors before courts in registration proceedings,
  • drafting minutes and resolutions of shareholders, partners, board of directors,
  • drafting articles of association and internal regulations including regarding board of directors and supervisory board,
  • drafting management agreements with company directors and principals,
  • providing legal advice in connection with liquidation of companies, representing clients in insolvency proceedings.
Administrative law:
  • representing clients in administrative law procedures before administrative authorities, local government bodies and regional and national administrative courts,
  • providing general and specific legal services to municipal and local government entities,
  • providing legal advice in relation to all aspects of construction law.
Employment law:
  • providing legal advice and representing clients in employment law disputes,
  • drafting general terms of employment and remuneration for corporate and individual employer clients, drafting other agreements and documentation required in connection with employment (including non-competition and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements).
